I am writing on behalf of my husband. He just had his 2006 Ford F150 in for service. Chris was awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He has a good thing going. Rich who worked in his truck was great! This will now be our go to place for our vehicles.

Work was done and completed as stated. Got back on the road. Staff was caring and respectful. Thanks.

Fast service and honest work.

The mechanics kept on working to find and fix a stubborn oil leak. It was done a few months ago and the leak came back. They honored their warranty and worked on it for two weeks until it was finally fixed. Great job. I would highly recommend their work to anyone.

I took my 2002 Corvette to the car guys in Wilmington, North Carolina for repairs that older c5s are known to need, like pop-up headlight overhaul, Hazard switch replacement and securing the driver's side loose seat. These are all fairly major jobs and took a few days but The Car Guys did a fantastic job and kept informed of the status every day. My contact at the front counter, Chris, even arranged to have a technician pick me up and bring me to get the car since I didn't have a ride. The technician, Rich, did the work and he will be my Corvette go to guy at The Car Guys from now on.

I take my car there again

Everybody hates to bring their car to get looked at and/or fixed including me (makes me miserable for about a week)! The cars guys made me feel more comfortable in the work that was NEEDED and complete.
