Everytime I’ve brought my vehicle to the Car Guys, Rich has been super informative and straight forward with what needs to be done, what should be done, and any recommendations for preventative maintenance. Turn around time has always been on time or sooner than stated, making the visits almost seamless.

Would recommend The Car Guys any day of the week if you need car help. After leaving my car somewhere else for 2 day with no answers I was very nervous to look for another place. Lucky I found here! Spoke with Chris, he was very helpful with my questions and concerns he answered all my questions and put me at ease. I drop my car off after work and before the start of the next day. They had my car diagnosed and ready to be worked on. They stayed in contact with me on every move and had my car fixed that day. Extremely pleased with their communication, effort and work!

I had car trouble while out of town and the dealership (although friendly and helpful) told me they couldn't get an appointment for me for almost a week. Car Guys wait was only one day, and they diagnosed and replaced the problem in about 24 hours at a reasonable cost. I am spreading the word!

They installed my new Brembo front rotors and ceramic brake pads in front and back. Did a great job and I was totally appreciative that they let me furnish my own premium parts. No problem at all they just charged for labor. In at 7:00 out by 10:30!

Incomplete diagnosis

Have taken both mine and my wifes vehicles here for various services from brakes to AC servicing. The work has been top notch and the service has been excellent. I will be continuing to use Porters Neck shop as my main service department. Keep up the good work guys!

These "guys" are great! I brought my Volvo in on July 3 for maintenance and they did a great job. I had a message on my dash saying maintenance was required. They changed the oil and filter, and air filter and said my brakes were legal, but getting low. I had them replace the front brakes and the pulsation in the pedal is now gone. They said I have another 12,000 miles before other maintenance items are needed. They checked CarFax for the maintenance I had done in the past. They are way friendlier than the Volvo dealer and way cheaper! I would highly recommend them.
