I’ve used The Car and Truck Guys before and had a great experience, so I thought I’d punt the dealership and try them again. Probably the BEST car maintenance decision I have ever made. I had some serious issues with my powertrain, the mechanics at Car and Truck Guys quickly diagnosed the issues and narrowed it down to transmission problems .. even though I was convinced it was more ! Working with Crystal at the shop, we scheduled time for the repair which went off without a hitch and was ready for my pickup exactly when they said it would be ready. They also checked out the other major systems and found that my battery was on its last leg and was having problems with my power running boards. Both of which were taken care of as well .. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you check them out, excellent service, they make sure your vehicle is in top working condition, work with your insurance/warranty company, and lastly they are just a pleasure to work with .. which is hard to do sometimes when you are dealing with car repairs .. but you will have confidence that the job will be done right ! My first visit was not a fluke … these guys are the REAL DEAL !!! Thanks Again Crystal and the Mechanics at Car and Truck .. you guys ROCK !
