This shop on Charleston, Las Vegas was recommended to me after a very frustrating vehicle experience. They were clear, honest, and reasonable. Ive had work done all over the country in my travels and I have never felt this comfortable. This will be my shop until I move on. VERY Happy!

Scott & his team are incredible & their dedication to fix my car is truly amazing. My car got messed up during the storm & Scott took me in - no appointment & got right to work. When the first part ordered didn’t fit my car he went as far as to order multiple parts & when those didn’t fit either (catalog issues) him & his team removed my axel & tested it & then REPAIRED it because none of the ordered parts were correct. He had my car back to me in a timely manner and had incredible communication. You can truly trust the staff at The Car Guys, their work is top notch!!!!!

I called ahead to ask about taking a look at my Honda transmission. I was told that would be no problem and I could drop it off at 8am the next morning. I emptied the tools out of my truck, arranged an Uber to pick me up and drove to Porter's Neck. I was then told that it would be $200 for them to "diagnose" my vehicle. No prior mention of any upfront cost, especially not $200. So, besides the early morning round trip to Porter's Neck for nothing and having to pay for the canceled Uber I'd say everything went quite well. These guys may do good work but their communication is a disappointment.

The guys here are great! Scott was able to get the parts needed and delivered the same morning I brought my car in. Impeccably clean shop and knowledgeable mechanics. Will definitely return the next time my car has issues!

The Car Guys did a great job of working on my husband’s F250 diesel. He wouldn’t listen when I told him something didn’t sound right. Car Guys got us in quickly and found the problem and he was back on the road. Thanks for your help and communication during the process.
