I called with a question and a real person answered! This alone let me choose them over valvoline. Valvoline doesn't care, they just use an ai slop bot that consumes our fresh water and increases general energy prices

These guys are great! They explained everything, found ways for me to save money on parts and didnt charge me for the diagnostic although they worked on my car for over 90 minutes. I brought a 1985 Corvette in and not only were they were happy to work on it, they will be haloing me get this project car completely repaired and upgraded. I have many other cars ranging from 60s muscle to English sports cars. They can fix anything. This is my new go to mechanic shop for all of my cars.

Chris, Johnathan, and Rich were patient and understanding of my concerns with my truck. They gave me detailed and relatable explanations of everything my truck needs to last another 200k miles. They are excellent troubleshooters, and their workmanship is top tier. The bay is full of master technicians, and in my case, they have a Toyota expert on staff that has seen all of the common problems and can diagnose issues quickly. As a guy that likes to work on my own vehicles, it's hard to trust just anyone with my investment when I don't have the time or tools to do it myself, but after one service with The Car Guys, they gained a lifetime customer. A++ service!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CAR GUYS AUTO REPAIR!!!! A nice lady in my water class (Carrie) referred me to this great car repair place, bragging about the excellent service she gets. I am so happy she did. They did an excellent job on my '17 Escape, without the 'Showroom Tax' (😅) the dealer was going to charge. They even tightened up something extra, at no charge. NOW THAT IS SERVICE WITH A SMILE!! I felt safe and confident within this shop, like I've found MY GUYS AT THE CAR GUYS!!
