I had to take my Toyota back to Car Guys because the disk brake was damaged by the brake pad. Both were covered under warranty and no charge to put new ones on. Very happy with the service work.

Absolutely wonderful service! Ive brought my car here before, and every experience has been excellent. This time, they were kind enough to get me in early for an oil change and service and had me finished in plenty of time so I wasnt late for work. They are always friendly, efficient, professional, and very reasonably priced. On a previous visit, they even drove me home so I wouldnt have to sit and wait while my car was being serviced. That kind of customer care really means a lot. Its so nice to have a place you can trust with your car. Great service, great people, and fair prices. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue bringing my car here!

Terrible experience!! 2 hour wait for a 8min oil change. $120 and didn’t even top off the coolant.

I am so happy I found this place. I drive a 25 year-old Toyota with 280,000 miles. It was having trouble starting. Matt and Scott went the extra mile to find a new fuel pump for it, and as luck would have it, after it was installed, it was defective. Invisible to me, they found and installed another one and my car runs like new. After I left, they discovered an error in my bill and called ME to come back for a refund. I love their service AND their honesty!
