Had an appointment on Tuesday 11-9-25 at 7:00am for an oil change. They were on time fast, friendly and professional.They also gave some deferred maintenance that I will take care of next month. I highly recommend them for any type of maintenance that your car, truck or jeep

I cannot praise these guys enough! They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They do not try to push extras on you and will make sure you’re driving away safely! Chris and Jay are extremely professional. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle maintenance needs. I will continue to drive from Fayetteville just to have them take care of my vehicles. Love my experience! I needed an emergency check on my car after my brakes stopped working, and they made space for me right away, even keeping my car until it was fixed since I was out of town. They repaired it super quickly and ALWAYS kept me updated with calls. They never made any changes without informing me first and gave me options that fit both my time and budget. I loved it here, they truly care about their customers and their reputation!

These guys did an outstanding job on my vehicle. The best part was their communication — they kept me informed from start to finish, which most shops don’t bother to do. They were fast, professional, and didn’t leave me waiting for days to get my car taken care of. Was going to get work done decided not to because the first person I talk to on the phone is a rude, uppity, and acts as if I know nothing about cars when I ask for a simple quote on how many hours of labor it would take for a speed sensor output and set ignition coil wiring harnesses instead of giving me a rough estimate like every other shop I have called, I have to explain everything thats going on with the car when the question I asked was simply how much will it cost to put these parts on. Shows that this shop is just interested in taking your money instead of just doing what you ask and then tell you what else they may have noticed while working on the car. Also : The reply you made proved my point I told you how much labor it would cost to put 2 certain types of parts on all I needed was a quote instead your thinking farther ahead trying to diagnose things I never asked you guys too so yes you are trying to take peoples money, yall just get upset when someone who actually knows something tells you your wrong. If I ask for a quote give me the quote and thats it dont try and diagnose over the phone and tell me what is and isnt wrong with my own vehicle.

We are not here to blindly take people’s money sir. We want the car to be fixed when it leaves. I am actually glad you did not end up getting the work done because you did not know what you were talking about. I was trying to lead you in the right direction so you wouldn’t waste your money and you didn’t want to hear it. Have a blessed day Mr. Dewlittle
