The service team at The Car Guys went above and beyond to diagnose the water leak that I had with my 2016 Mazda 3. I had reached out to several locations, including a Mazda dealership, and each business I reached out to gave me the same reaponse, "We don't diagnose water leaks". The Car Guys were professional, prompt, and accommodating. They took the necessary time to root cause the problem, measure where the problem existed, fix the issue, and validate the fix. I am new to the area but have found a reliable mechanic shop.

Panic mode as my truck was smoking with an electrical smell. The Car guys diagnosed a locked up alternator and blown fuse panel. They did an excellent repair job and were professional to deal with. They have me as a customer from now on!
