Have done business with your company at this location for many many years and dealt with many many different managers. You have a great team at the Sahara location, please don't change it. This group has looked out for my safety and best interest when it comes to my vehicle. Thank you Car and Truck Guys on Sahara. I hope your corporate is reading this and gives you a raise, or at the least, buys you lunch you deserve it.

Had an electrical issue and was resolved quickly and professionally. This was from the moment I walked in talking with the service advisor. The tech came out and gave a thorough explanation of what he did and what was wrong.

First time here and the customer service and mechanical service were top notch. I’ll definitely be back!

Car Inspection, handled professionally

Chris diagnosed and fixed my daughter’s 2010 Nissan in a matter of hours after we had it towed in. Even before getting the vehicle, he was able to make a (correct) educated guess about the problem from the symptoms. We will take all of our vehicles there - I was really impressed.

Wife took car to these guys because there was a small hole in her gas tank. They charged her $450 and did nothing. Got the car back same day gas was still leaking. I took the car back dude was confrontational. Kinda of trying to intimidate me. Told me it would be an additional $900 to replace the tank. Would not even give half the money back for not doing work on the car. I took the car home the hole was not half an inch big. Was actually a small crack. Went to autozone. Spent $12 on tank hole repair. Fixed the very small crack. They will try to take advantage of women and over charge.

I’ve had all my work done at the car guys because the manager, Christopher runs a very tight ship. He keeps the staff honest and focused on customer satisfaction. I have never had an issue with my car after leaving his shop and would recommend them to anyone who needs brakes, batteries, tires, or general maintenance. Not only will Chris make sure his team provides you with exceptional service but he will follow up personally to make sure you are satisfied. This shop charges a fair price for labor and parts in my opinion so no complaints there! This place is one I’ve been going to for over 7+ years now with multiple vehicles that I actually trust. They’re the only ones who I can reliably count on and never have issues when I receive my vehicle back. The one time I did have an issue with the part they replaced, they had me come back in, replace the part again, do another inspection and have it back same day. They give you all the information you need with great recommendations as well. From both my 15 passenger van down to my bmw they can take care of it all with efficiency. Thank you guys for always taking care of me and my friends that I’ve brought to you. Thank you to the amazing staff and master technician. I appreciate you guys and I will always be back here.
