First of all, everyone was SUPER nice and personal. Jay and everyone there seem to be great and genuine people. I went to get my state inspection completed when I was informed that I needed new rear brakes and rotors in order to pass inspection in which I knew I needed to have done. I was quoted $865 for the total of the inspection, parts and labor. I mistakenly agreed to go ahead and proceed whereas I should’ve done some research- I found parts for half the price I paid for here. All in all, I went in at 2 and left at 4:30 inspection and brakes done. I really appreciated the thorough service, but will most likely go elsewhere in the future.

Actually, now that I have reviewed the video footage because my employees account of events is different than yours. YOU ARE NOT TELLING THE TRUTH!!! I have it on video 2:27pm that the son, backed into your fathers car!!!! The price difference is because the insurance company was not willing to replace the compressor and drier. Unfortunately when you have a vehicle that is 13 years old with 127k miles on it, the OE compressor would not perform as originally designed. The vehicle came in with the a/c condenser leaking and the oil for the system travels through with the refrigerant and as the system is leaking, so is the lubrication. Any professional shop would recommend replacing the compressor as well, because the OE compressor with 127k miles on it will have a hard time handling the correct pressures. Your insurance company said no. That's the price variance. HAVE A BLESSED DAY!!!
