I took my elderly mothers SUV to a very well known, nation wide, auto repair shop. I won't say names. This shop said that my mom's SUV was basically scrap and not even worth it. They wanted to charge me 2k to repair things that later found out weren't even the issue!! I did a little research and found The Car Guys, I talked with Mark and told him all that we went through with those....Boys....and he said bring it on down. When I got there with my mom, Mark was ever so nice and looked at the paper work from....those "Boys" and did his own diagnostic run and gave me reassurance that he could fix it. Mark called me every step of the way explaining all that they found wrong and what the part does. Mark even fixed my mom's AC free of charge. It wasn't even something I was going to get fixed at the moment but Mark was kind enough to fix it. It's not a permanent fix but one that will give an 81 yr old comfort as she goes to the store and back. It brought my mom to tears as she drove home with ice cold air!!! My mom's SUV drives like it's brand new, the ac was an added blessing. I won't take my cars anywhere else, I've even told a few of my girlfriends about The Car Guys!! They have a customer for life!! Thank you Mark for all that you and your crew did, not only did you save me money, but you gave my elderly mom peace of mind knowing she won't get stuck on the road!!

We took our used Honda CRV to them that we purchased recently to check it out. They did several minor things that needed to be done. We will be returning soon to have another minor issue taken care of. We were very pleased with the communication and everything they did. Job well done, we will continue to take our vehicles to them for service. Thank you Car Guy's

My car decided it didn’t want to start, while I was nervous about it being towed to a place I had never been, I’m happy I chose Car Guys!! Cain was super responsive, and so very easy to deal with!!! Excellent service that began with a human-to-human phone call with Mark… The quote for the service I needed blew me away, as it highly differed from the one I received from Meineke. I appreciate being a woman who can trust a local mechanic. Sabl is running well and I intend to return to The Car Guys for future services and repairs.

My 3 year old GMC decided it didn’t want to start on my way home from work. I’m happy I choose these guys! They were able to diagnosis my car quickly bad fuel pump module and somehow find a back ordered part and have my vehicle up and going the next day. It would have been at the GM dealership for two weeks for them to fix it. They were honest, responsive, thorough and super helpful! Will be taking our vehicles here from on for future repairs. These guys are absolutely AMAZING! They were able to figure out what was wrong with my F150 after 7 other places couldn't! They walked me thru the whole process & were OUTSTANDING!!! Highly recommend!
