We are not jiffy lube “MC” (whatever your name is…) We do not advertise nor promise 10 min oil changes. You also own an Audi which would never be a 10 min oil change, especially with the time it takes hooking up a scam tool to reset the maintenance information. All of our appointments are “drop offs” since we stay so busy providing quality work to our customers.
