Nevada and North Carolina Auto Repair

I've now had to bring my car back to this shop four separate times for the exact same check engine light issue - including after paying over $600 for the initial repair. Not once did the problem stay fixed. Each time, I was told something different was wrong and the issue continued to return within weeks. While the shop attempted follow up repairs under their warranty, the fact remains: the original paid repair never solved the problem. I've lost time, transportation, and peace of mind over a problem that should have been properly diagnosed from the start. I expected honesty, accuracy, and competent diagnostics. Instead, I ended up with repeated visits and no resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

The crew really helped me out of a jam with my 90 VW vanagon. Parts can difficult to come by but these got it done in a timely fashion even though they were swamped. So thank you to Ethan and the rest of the crew for doing me right! The managers motto was simple.. I just want to get you back on the road safely and they did just that. Thanks!!

Everyone there was warm, welcoming, and professional. Any questions I had, they had clear and knowledgeable answers. You can tell they really know their stuff when it comes to engines and maintenance. I appreciate the honesty and the way they treat their customers. This was my first experience at Car & Truck garage. I was pleasantly surprised by all the staff. They are very respectful and explained everything to me that needed to be done. I’m not exactly knowledgeable when it comes to cars and mechanics. But they took the time to explain everything to me and they warranty their work which is very unusual. So hopefully not anytime soon but when I do need help again they have my business forever.. Thank you.
