1st time visit. Great experience! Good communication, honesty, knowledgeable, & kept me in the loop after diagnostic with options & next steps. Great customer service & great job fixing/replacing my oil filter housing assembly leak issue same day of diagnostic! Been running great since!

These guys always take great care of my car. They always tell it to me exactly how it is and never try to upsell me on unnecessary stuff for my car. They are always extremely nice as well. I will continue to come here.

The Car Guys did it again!!!!!!!!!!! Matt and the team got me all squared away. The best part was the time frame. I had a schedule to made and I let them know and it was all good. They also keep me informed on the status of my repair, along with the last minute oil change I had asked for.

Extremely satisfied with the work that Car Guys performs. We have had 3 cars obtain service and no issues. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. However, I did not like the fact that nowhere is it stated in the front or at the counter that there is a fee for using a credit card. Nor did the associate, when he asked how I was paying, and I said credit card, he did not tell me there was a fee. If you are going to charge a fee, YOU need to let the customer know.

Great service. It was quick and easy to set up an appointment and they were upfront about the cost and repairs. I will take all of my cars to them going forward!
