They were very helpful and informative, we had to get the AC serviced and they got us in the next day. We were driving across country and they were able to get us in and service the AC. Works awesome, thank you all car guys!

I initially wrote a really good review of this place. They got me in and out on very short notice for an inspection and were very friendly. HOWEVER... the mechanic told me my break pads had reached the end of their life and needed to be replaced and he said he'd like to go ahead and do it right then. I had to travel and didn't have time to replace them at that moment, so I declined. He said it may not be safe to travel, but I did. Upon reaching my destination I took my car to a different shop and told them I needed my break pads replaced. They pulled all 4 of my tires and the mechanic came out with a perplexed look and said, "What exactly was it that made you think your pads needed to be replaced? Were you hearing a weird sound or something?" I told him no, another mechanic had told my they were shot. He said, "Absolutely not. They're not even halfway worn down. Someone was trying to pull one over on you. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to sell you $1000 in break pads right now but you just don't need them." So that felt like trash. Sometimes I really hate being a woman. Thanks a bunch, Car Guys.

I called in a Saturday and made an appointment for a Monday, got there at 8 am and had a quote by 11am! I called and price checked, including on Nellis AFB (military family) and car guys had the best price. I was ecstatic that when my car was finished they actually came in under the estimate! How awesome that they were so honest that they didn’t just charge me unnecessarily because I agreed to that quote. I will go back to them anytime I have an issue, I’ve already recommended them on my own business stories (Instagram) and will continue to do so. I had no a/c and now I’m icy cool in this Vegas heat. Thank you so much, as a busy service based business owner myself, and mom of three, I really needed fast reliable service and that’s exactly what I got! You’re awesome!

I was asked why I was there, told them it was for an oil change. The man at the desk sighed with annoyance, even though I scheduled an appointment. Then told me it was fine and that I was going to have to wait a while. I get being busy but there was no need to make me feel like I was an inconvenience to something I was allowed to schedule. And then charge $124 on top of that for an oil change was just not worth it.
