Everyone was very personable and took the time to discuss the problem with the vehicle with me and what it was going to take to repair it. As an “old school mechanic” myself I was looking for the “relationship” with my “car guy” per se. I had that at Car Guys. I felt I could trust them that they have my “best interest” in mind. They called me and discussed some issues with the vehicle that will need attention at some point in time. I appreciated that. They looked over the vehicle for my safety and my family’s.

Everytime I’ve brought my vehicle to the Car Guys, Rich has been super informative and straight forward with what needs to be done, what should be done, and any recommendations for preventative maintenance. Turn around time has always been on time or sooner than stated, making the visits almost seamless.

Would recommend The Car Guys any day of the week if you need car help. After leaving my car somewhere else for 2 day with no answers I was very nervous to look for another place. Lucky I found here! Spoke with Chris, he was very helpful with my questions and concerns he answered all my questions and put me at ease. I drop my car off after work and before the start of the next day. They had my car diagnosed and ready to be worked on. They stayed in contact with me on every move and had my car fixed that day. Extremely pleased with their communication, effort and work!

I had car trouble while out of town and the dealership (although friendly and helpful) told me they couldn't get an appointment for me for almost a week. Car Guys wait was only one day, and they diagnosed and replaced the problem in about 24 hours at a reasonable cost. I am spreading the word!

They installed my new Brembo front rotors and ceramic brake pads in front and back. Did a great job and I was totally appreciative that they let me furnish my own premium parts. No problem at all they just charged for labor. In at 7:00 out by 10:30!
