Ive been bringing my 2018 Jeep to Car Guys for a while now, and they never disappoint. My most recent visit was for a thermostat repair, and once again the team was thorough, honest, and fast, walking me through exactly what was going on with my check engine light and getting me back on the road quickly. What keeps me coming back is how attentive they are. They make sure everything checks out so I know my Jeep is running safely, which means a lot as a realtor whos always on the road. I never feel like just another customer here. Highly recommend Car Guys if you want honest work and genuine care!!!

I chose “The Car Guys” because I am a local business supporter. I am somewhat suspicious when I was charged a very liberal amount of labor to remove and replace MGU especially when the replacement part was not available and back order exceeded 6 months. They shrugged their shoulders with a “we can place the order and see what happens” without any due diligence. I personally had to involve myself in the education and timely resolution of my 2020 Ram truck MGU replacement. In short, the only viable alternative was to personally drive the unit to Charlotte and have it rebuilt instead of new replacement. By my personal time consuming involvement, the unit was reinstalled in 2 days working perfectly. IMHO if you are going to charge me 187.00 and hour labor, one hour for a walk around inspection when I communicated the problem at arrival, then 2.5 hours labor to remove and reinstall the unit when I personally observed it being accomplished in less that 10 minutes, then “The Car Guys” should have the resources and relationships within the automotive rebuild industry to be able to facilitate an alternative when new replacements are back logged and unavailable. You have a shiny new big shop right on Market St. Step up your game!

I had a pre-purchase inspection. They fitted me in the same day. They did a thorough inspection and found an undercarriage issue (rust) which was new and important for me and the purchase. They also identified a failed tail light. All around very professional, knowledgable, and helpful for me. And a very reasonable price too.

Always fast and efficient. The front desk was friendly, respectful, and did a great job with communicating the status of my vehicle.

I don’t know why these guys have pretty good reviews. My experience with them has been bad. These guys are cocky and rude and they don’t like to help customers out and a constructive and respectful way. I will not be going back here and I do not recommend anyone else go to them either.
