Had a great experience, place up the road I usually go to was shut down at the time for inspections because the machine was broke. I asked them if they knew another place and they said car gurus right down the street. I didn’t even know y’all were there. As soon as I walked in. Everyone was so nice and took care of me the way I thought they should. I will definitely be back.

I was looking for last-minute service on my air condition that didn’t work at all. I brought my car into their shop, knowing that I had other issues that needed to be addressed. They took the time to outline all of the issues with my car, including pictures, and pointed out the most important factors Since my inspection Was coming due. In less than a 24 hour turnaround, my car was up and running with the air condition, running like brand new, and safety issues being corrected. I will return for the remainder of repairs in confidence. Kudos to The Car Guys!

Outstanding service. Rich and Josh are excellent. Josh is incredibly detail-oriented. Hunted down the cause of an odd, very slow coolant leak that didnt readily appear when the system was pressurized. Used a video scope to locate it in an obscure place. Love that OEM parts are for the repairs. Great communication and thorough explanations. Easy to book an appointment. Starbucks is a block away - drop off the car early, grab coffee, return for an assessment.
