Always the best Customer Service and service on my car. I have great trust and confidence in the entire staff. I have a 2008 Honda Element with over 300,000 miles on it, need I say more? I wouldn't trust anyone else with it.

Took the car in for a headrest repair. Learned the hard way that he doesn’t apply the $195 diagnostic fee toward labor if you decide to go through with the work so I declined the work since I got a better price elsewhere. The cost was hundreds of dollars cheaper so make sure to price things out. Maybe the diagnostic fee gets wiped if it’s a job costing thousands? I don’t know but this has never been my experience before. Bummer because my husband had a decent experience in the past.

Kristi, I am not sure why you thought that the diagnostic would apply to the repair… we talked about it when you dropped off the vehicle and I’ll let you know that we would have to diagnose it and then I would then get you an estimate for the repair. You were made aware of the diagnostic charge and you signed off saying that it was OK. You did not ask me if it goes toward the Repair, nor did I ever tell you it would. It is completely normal practice in auto repair business to have a diagnostic charge and then a repair charge. Have a blessed and safe day

Service here went above and beyond. My car needed it's timing belt and chain changed. Throughout the whole process they perfectly communicated all the issues and how to prevent them in the future. Even when my car wasn't ready they drove me home, something they went out of their way to do. Will be coming back and continuing to go to them with issues with my car. Overall great communication, great service, great experience.

They take the time to look over your entire vehicle, and provide necessary recommendations to either immediate needs; or those that may need to be performed in the near future.
