Great people, honest, and respectful. They showed and explained to me what was wrong with my car. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Best car breakdown experience ever! I will not be going anywhere but The Car Guys!!

Came in with a super vague idea of my problem. Jay, Matt, & everyone else did an amazing job at diagnosing the issue and went above and beyond in making sure I knew exactly what was causing the issues. They even went as far as to bring me the broken part after the fact to let me see it myself. - Service was prompt and pleasant. I was able to schedule an appointment day-of and they finished the next morning. Highly recommend

I had a bunch of repairs I needed The Car Guys to perform on my 2006 Subaru Outback and was so pleased to have Scott call to tell me that some parts were covered under warranty. I could hardly believe that they care so much about their customers that they would spend their time researching repairs from another automotive facility to save me big bucks! Their mechanic even stayed late to finish resoldering contacts on a circuit board! I trust them to perform flawless, necessary repairs at reasonable prices. This is why I don't need to go anywhere else!

Highly recommend these guys! My parents were visiting in town for the week from VA and there alternator went out. Scott made time on such short notice and got it done in a day and also went above and beyond and fixed the headlight adjustment knob that got knocked out from a knee. If you need anything fixed car related I would at least call these guys and talk to Scott.
