I was looking for place to get the timing chain replaced on my Saturn. I was referred to the car guys. Went in told them what I needed done. They called me a couple hours later and confirmed what I knew needed to be done and a couple other things. We agreed on what needed to be fixed and what could wait. It was finished ahead of schedule cheaper than originally agreed upon. My car sounds great and I’m so happy I chose them to fix it.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Car Guys for various car issues and I must say, they are undoubtedly the best mechanics in the Carolina Beach area. My journey with them started with a persistent brake issue. Despite my own attempts and a visit to another mechanic in Raleigh, the problem persisted. That's when I turned to The Car Guys, hopeful for a lasting solution. To my amazement, they resolved the issue within a day! During my second visit, I encountered a P442 EVAP leak issue. I dropped off my car at 10:10, and by 11:50, I received a phone call that they had fixed the issue at no cost! I was immensely impressed by their service and touched by their gesture. They explained that the valve was a bit loose under the hood. Many mechanics might charge a labor fee for such a fix, but not at this place. Their integrity and customer care are simply unparalleled. What really sets them apart is their thorough explanation of the problems and the detailed paperwork they provide, outlining the areas they worked on and the associated costs. It's clear they value quality work and honesty in their operations. I wholeheartedly recommend The Car Guys to anyone in need of reliable and effective vehicle repairs.
