The guys are simply the best in the industry. Hands down. Being a female, it is difficult to find a mechanic you can trust. I was skeptical in the beginning, but these guys quickly took that skeptism away. From the moment I walk in the door, to the time I leave, they make me feel welcome. And like I'm not a burden for bringing my many car issues to them. This last ordeal with my car, has sealed the deal. Here's the story. I took my car in to have my head gasket replaced. A couple of days later, my engine locks up on the freeway. I called them in a panic. I had my car towed back to them and they double checked all of their work to make sure it wasn't nothing they did. Turns out, I needed a new engine. They walked me through the entire process from start to finish and made a few phone calls on my behalf when i wasn't getting anywhere. Once my engine was replaced, I took it back to have a couple of more things done to tie up some loose ends. Come to find out, the place that did my engine, ruined my axles. Jayson got on the phone with them to try to resolve the issue on my behalf. To no avail of course. But once I receive my car back today, I know she will be in good working order. Ladies, you will be in good hands here. They do exactly what you need done and if they find any further issue, they communicate that immediately.
