Better than I could’ve ever expected! I’m new to the area and my battery died, and I was in a total panic. The Car Guys took such good care of me and even let me bring my dog inside while I waited. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Amazing customer service and super hospitable — I couldn’t recommend them more!

Everyone at The Car Guys are amazing! They are honest and truthful. They walked me out into the shop and the service advisor and technician showed me what was going on with my car and explained to me why and how my car broke and what was recommended. My new shop and Ill recommend everyone.

Oil change service was as described & on time. Only suggestion is that due to parking off asphalt, use paper floor mats so as to not tract sand & dirt into customers car.

Charged significantly more for parts than what I could find elsewhere, check engine light came on less than 24 hours after picking up car. Service was quick and technicians were polite.

These guys are GREAT!! Excellent and honest customer service and they do great work!! Jay, Matt, Maurice and Jonathan are your go to guys for all car maintenance, repairs and service! They are dependable and honest! Strongly recommend using this business!!
