I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and professional. They gave me an estimate and a diagnosis and completed the work when promised. We are from out of town with a grandson here in college. I am thrilled to have found someone we feel we can trust with our future car repairs. I will highly recommend them!

I went in for a basic car inspection and they misdiagnosed a cam seal oil leak for a power steering leak. I was then told it would be over 600$ to fix something that wasn’t leaking to pass inspection. I’m not sure if they were trying to make an extra buck or if they didn’t know what they were looking at but either way I do not recommend going here.

I'm sorry that your upset that we wouldn't pass your vehicle inspection because of multiple issues on a vehicle that is 14 years old with over 320,000 miles, after all it is a safety inspection. The readers of this review would probably appreciate it. Also, a little tuff to confuse power steering fluid with motor oil, one is brown and one is red, also different consistencies. But if someone told you it was the cam seal, good luck with that, for your vehicle it's a $3k job. ouch. Have a blessed day!

Came to The Car Guys for a drain and fill on my transmission, a coolant flush, and two tires. Price was very reasonable and I knew exactly what I was paying before anything was started. The guys here are incredibly friendly and the work was done quickly. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs work done on their car!
