This was my first time taking my car here. When I called to make an appointment, I spoke to the kindest gentleman who was very excited that I was a new customer bringing my car to them. He gave me open appointment times for that very next day, which I thought was extremely helpful. I got a simple text reminder about my appointment the next day that I was very appreciative of. When I was there for my appointment, the staff could not have been any kinder. They went above and beyond to help me when I asked if there was a private room where I could make a work related call in. They even put a note up on the door so that no one would disturb me which I thought was the sweetest thing. They immediately assigned someone to start working on my car as soon as I got there. They completed everything that needed done with my car very quickly. I have been to a lot of different car shops in my five years of living in Wilmington. There is absolutely no comparison to this car shop. I rarely write reviews for anything, but I told them before I left my appointment that I would gladly write a positive review for them. Please take your car here and/or refer friends and family to them. I promise you will not regret it!
