Turns out there were not just one or two issues, but several serious problems that needed attention. Thankfully, I brought my Jeep to The Car Guys. Their team was thorough, professional, and went above and beyond to identify and repair everything Gerber overlooked. The difference in care and attention was night and day. They communicated clearly throughout the process, treated me with respect, and most importantly, got my Jeep back on the road safely and looking great. I'm new to the area and needed some car repairs. The people at the Car Guys location on Market St were so helpful, professional, and very upfront and honest. They took me out into the shop to show me the areas I needed repairs. They went over in detail the cost of the repairs before starting any work. They ran into an issue that was going to delay me getting my car back the same days. Jay went out of his way to bring my car to the welding shop late in the day, and stayed late to as he said, "keep his promise to get my car back the same day" I can't thank Jay enough as I really needed my car for my trip the next day. He even saved me repair money. Jay was extremely professional and friendly. I'm now a loyal new customer and know I can count on Car Guys/Jay for all my repairs. E. Dion

They did very little for me when they KNEW from a first opinion what the problem was however they charger me $164 for the waste of time!
