The customer service counter and techican Roman were very polite and patient to explain the electrical dashboard repair to my wife and I. We were very pleased to receive an estimate for future power steering work that was discovered during today's electrical repair. The gentlemen at The Car Guys in porters neck were excellent. They were very kind and helpful, even when I had to run in and grab something out of my car during my service there! My car was in for a new transmission, which took about 3 weeks. I will definitely be returning when I need more car service!
