I came here after another place broke a wheel stud doing a tire repair. The Car Guys got me in and out same day, making sure I could get back home for the Holiday. Maurice, Matt, and Jay were awesome, took great great care of me, and eased my worry over this emergency. Jonathan did amazing work and got me out of there in an hour. THANK YOU for saving my Thanksgiving!!

Carguys at Porters Neck. Took my 2010 DTS in for repair of tire pressure warning light and replacement of moisture filled headlight. Roman noted a few other items (thank you Roman) and also repaired those. I am old and bought this car new. One owner and no accidents so I appreciate the excellent work. Matt thank you for care and scheduling, Jay thank you for keeping me apprised of progress and Reese bless you for giving me a ride home when my husband did not answer his phone. Nancy

Best shop i have been to in a long time, almost felt like the 90's were back. They encouraged me to buy my own part to make the fix cheaper for me, the part O'Learys had me buy was $540 (Alternator) and if it wasnt for The Guys at Car Guys I wouldve never know the true problem was a $56 pulley and then they had my old Alternator checked was fine nothing wrong with it. They saved me $540 plus took my vehicle as a walking and still made sure the car left in 100% condition. Plus Great group of guys i higher recommend them for trusted and affordable service. They will always have my business.
