I called ahead to ask about taking a look at my Honda transmission. I was told that would be no problem and I could drop it off at 8am the next morning. I emptied the tools out of my truck, arranged an Uber to pick me up and drove to Porter's Neck. I was then told that it would be $200 for them to "diagnose" my vehicle. No prior mention of any upfront cost, especially not $200. So, besides the early morning round trip to Porter's Neck for nothing and having to pay for the canceled Uber I'd say everything went quite well. These guys may do good work but their communication is a disappointment.

Since using this location a few months ago, for some of the minor work needed on our Volvos, they have yet to let us down. Since our vehicles are a bit older, this year we'll be letting do our annual scheduled maintenance.

I recently brought in my 2016 Grand Cherokee to have my spark plugs replaced and installed. My vehicle since then has ran worst than before the maintenance. The proper boot hole was completely missed and the mechanic just kept going, now leading to combustion in my intake.

Professional and knowledgeable highly recommend.
