I'm just disappointed. The first day I called, I gave my vin number over the phone for a simple serpentine belt repair quote. He said he'd get the quote and call me back. I never received another call, so I called back again another day. He apologized and said he got busy, no biggie, I get it. He said he couldn't find my car by the vin number, so I gave my license plate. He again said cool, thank you, I'll call you back. I called at 2pm, and they closed at 6 that day. I still haven't received a call back. All I wanted was a ballpark number so I can get it scheduled, and you guys had such great reviews and were so close to me. He was nice, but I guess i'll have to find somewhere else :(

I am happy to have The Car Guys so nearby. Terrific service! Chris was so helpful and honest and gave us great advice. He definitely went above and beyond. The techs they have are thorough and really know their stuff. We will be taking both of our cars there! Highly recommend!
