I was loyal to the dealership when it came time to get my car serviced until one day an issue came about. I did some research online and found The Car Guys. They are extremely professional. They don't try and sell you a service that isn't needed. They give you a full description of what needs to be done and the amount it will cost. The great thing about all of this is when it came to pick up my car there wasn't any hidden charges that came up at the end, unlike dealerships. They fixed the problem with the car, and I haven't had a problem since. I won't take my car to anyone else. The Car Guys have just earned a customer.

Great customer service and fix a problem another auto repair shop couldn’t fix.

I called less than 20 hours from when they were able to fit me in for an oil change. My appointment was first thing the next day. I woke up panicked as I had slept through my scheduled time. I had called asking if there was any way to still squeeze me in and was told that they would gladly fit me in. They as usual got the oil change done right away and even did a brake and tire inspection. I never leave wondering if they checked all the fluid levels, tire pressure and beyond. First class outfit that you can always trust.

This is becoming my go-to place to have my vehicle serviced. They always come through for me even at a moment's notice. I recently made the mistake of trying to re-fill my Lexus RX-350's AC coolant myself but ended up messing it up and knocking out the AC completely... during a week when Vegas is supposed to have multiple days of near 110-degree temperatures. Since I wasn't sure who might be able to take a look at my vehicle on such short notice I tried scheduling a service appt. at multiple places. The local Lexus dealer service department didn't have an appointment slot available until 10 days later. Another place I've had my vehicle serviced in the past didn't have an available appointment until three days later. I then decided to take my chances and drop by The Car & Truck Guys first thing Monday morning to see if they might be able to look at my vehicle any sooner since I recently had a great experience there with them fixing a gushing oil leak for me as a last minute drop-in at the end of the day a couple of months ago. This time around, even though I didn't have an appointment, they still managed to diagnose and fix my vehicle's AC system within hours after I dropped it off to them. Best of all, the cost of the repair was far below what I had expected. The service I've received at The Car & Truck Guys has far exceeded the service I've gotten at any other auto repair shop, both here in Nevada or in California where I used to live. From now on, they'll be the first place I take my vehicle for service because they've been consistently great for me. They're fast, friendly and they're very service-oriented.
