I am still trying to figure out why I was charged for 2 hours of labor when my car was in the shop for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The work was great but I wonder, if they did this to me how many other customers has this happened to? How much money have they taken in by overcharging for labor over the years?

G.S. Let me try help you understand. Each repair has a labor time associated with it. It is not billed by “how long it takes”. If it would have taken 3 or 4 hours, would you have been ok getting billed for the extra time? Probably not, that doesn’t sound fair, right? No one has been “overcharged”, if the technician is more efficient at his/her job (they get paid the same set time) they shouldn’t be penalized for that, right? This is the same at every and all repair shops/body shops/dealerships/etc… In the future, please just feel free to ask for an explanation before you write a review claiming you w were “overcharged” You got the repair done, quicker than expected, and in your words was “great”. That’s the best you can ask for!!! You’re welcome!

Decided to find an alternate place other than a dealership for an oil change. The Car Guys had great reviews so gave them a try and was very satisfied! Service was done very quickly and management was friendly! This was the only service needed so cannot comment on mechanical work but I will use them if the need arises.

When our engine light came on, we were very concerned. We had driven down to Vegas from Vancouver British Columbia. Marc was amazing and was able to tell us what the issue was but told us to get it fixed when we got home. He did not try to take advantage of us or gauge us. We got serviced right aways we could not be happpier. Highly recommend
