Want to get your car repaired the right way, The Car & Truck Guys is the one. I have a Mercedes Benz C 300 that needed brakes, they did an inspection on it and they told me only my rear brakes needed replacing, they were straight up and honest with me. I love that in a repair shop.

There’s a sign that says park here for service. Parked for 10min multiple employees walking around not one person came up so I left and they lost my business.

Sorry for any confustion... Not sure anyone has ever thought "I should sit out here in my car at a repair shop until someone comes out to me" The sign is for people to "park here" (because it is always difficult to find parking) and then come into the office where business happens. I Found these guys about 2 yrs ago. My son mentioned he had some work done on his car at another location. I went to that location first. My experience was good. Then I was told to contact Rich at the Summerlin location about an issue I had ran into at the other location and I did. Rich told me to bring my car in so his guys could took a look at it. Long story short, I did and not only was my experience 10x better, Rich actually took the time to show and explain to me what was going on with my vehicle. He made me feel comfortable. As a woman dealing with car repair issues can be scary, but the guys at the Summerlin location made my experience wonderful. They are very honest and they don't cut corners and they don't over charge. I would definitely recommend The Car & Truck Guys at the Summerlin location, because they have proven they are trustworthy.

Fuel pump on my 2003 C5 Corvette failed while in Las Vegas. Had AAA tow to The Car Guys in Summerlin. Jesse was awesome! Found parts and was able to get me in ASAP! other shops including the Chevrolet dealer would not touch it (labor intensive) Jesse kept me updated and didn't charge me for unnecessary collateral repairs. Whole shop was courteous and professional, empathetic to my out of town situation! Many thanks...Matt
