Awesome experience with The Car Guys, particularly with Rich and Josh. Took my BMW X5 for inspection and oil change. Had to push my appointment by 2 hrs. Service Advisor, Rich was very friendly and accommodating. His staff is very professional. After oil change, they did a thorough inspection and gave advice on next steps. I liked the crisp communication with no sales pitch. Just talked about problem and how to resolve. I am glad that I found a reliable shop with fair prices. Thank you Josh and Rich.

This was my first experience at Car & Truck garage. I was pleasantly surprised by all the staff. They are very respectful and explained everything to me that needed to be done. I’m not exactly knowledgeable when it comes to cars and mechanics. But they took the time to explain everything to me and they warranty their work which is very unusual. So hopefully not anytime soon but when I do need help again they have my business forever.. Thank you.
