Nevada and North Carolina Auto Repair

Took my car here after going to a national mechanic chain, went in for their second opinion. The quote was reasonable and extremely detailed meaning there are 0 surprises when it comes time to decide what to do. All the reviews complaining about the 3% credit card fee must not realize how many businesses do that and just dont tell you up front. The office staff was very professional and had top notch customer service. As for pricing it was very reasonable and like I said completely transparent in the initial quote. Not to mention how quickly they got me back on the road!

So the service was fine. The price of the part was marked up considerably and I was not happy with that. I was also surprised with additional charges added to the estimate. And a 3 percent charge for the use of a credit card. And they also forgot to reinstall the 2 protective plates that I had removed to view the problem. All in all not really happy with the entire process 😕

I took my truck in for a scheduled transmission service. In the process of the service, they informed me of another issue the truck had, and called me to see if I wanted them to repair it. I like the fact that they informed me of the situation, They worked on my vehicles in the past, the work is professional and I trust the staff, thank you for your service.
