I was in a pinch and needed to get my car fixed ASAP, Car Guys was able to do a diagnostic on my car the next morning, figure out what was wrong, and fix it all in one day (for a fair price) so I could pick it up that evening. They were very kind and explained things to me without being condescending at all. Definitely go here!!

Rich at The Car and Truck Guys of Summerlin is absolutely top-notch! Super friendly, fast, and efficient — I couldn’t have asked for better service. I came in for an oil change, and they not only got me in and out quickly, but also noticed my windshield wiper was broken (which I had completely forgotten about!). They took care of it right away, and the pricing was more than fair. Great value, honest service, and a truly helpful team. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of auto work. I’ll definitely be back!

I am still trying to figure out why I was charged for 2 hours of labor when my car was in the shop for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The work was great but I wonder, if they did this to me how many other customers has this happened to? How much money have they taken in by overcharging for labor over the years?

G.S. Let me try help you understand. Each repair has a labor time associated with it. It is not billed by “how long it takes”. If it would have taken 3 or 4 hours, would you have been ok getting billed for the extra time? Probably not, that doesn’t sound fair, right? No one has been “overcharged”, if the technician is more efficient at his/her job (they get paid the same set time) they shouldn’t be penalized for that, right? This is the same at every and all repair shops/body shops/dealerships/etc… In the future, please just feel free to ask for an explanation before you write a review claiming you w were “overcharged” You got the repair done, quicker than expected, and in your words was “great”. That’s the best you can ask for!!! You’re welcome!
