I had met Rich at Honest-1 in North Las Vegas and immediately started bringing all my vehicles to him. When he left a few years ago to start The Car Guys, the location he ran went downhill fast. My vehicle had been into Honest-1 four times for the same issue and after an incredible amount of time and money still was not fixed. I started reading reviews out of frustration when I stumbled across Rich's full name and a quick google search later revealed he had started his own shop. Literally tracked this guy down and am willing to drive across town to make sure my vehicles are repaired right. I called Rich the next day, set up a schedule, brought my jeep in and they called me 8 hours later with the problems and had it fixed the next day. I don't know Rich personally, but what I do know is he is my car guy and will continue to have my business for as long as he's around. Anywhere else in Vegas is a roll of the dice, but Rich has always been honest, fair, and quick.
