I took my pre owned car in for a 30,000 mile checkup after reading the stellar reviews of the Car Guys. When I called, they told me to come by anytime and they would be happy to give an estimate and set up and appointment for me. Their estimate was $200 less than the dealer and the owner was extremely helpful. The waiting area was spotless with a Keurig and fridge with water available. The garage itself was super clean the parking area as well. Knew I was in the right place. My appointment was 2 hours from start to finish and to the dollar of the estimate I was quoted. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, my vehicle was checked out completely. They definitely 💯 deserve more than a 5⭐️ review! Thanks Car Guys!

Price gouging at its finest.. will never recommended shop to nobody they tell you one price over the phone and then when you go there they tell you a different price.. so unprofessional!!!!!!!

I brought my 2012 Nissan Xterra in for an alignment after having new tires installed. Jason and the technicians were super professional and courteous. One of my inner tie rods was failing and was going to make an alignment job irrelevant without repairing the tie rods first. Jason gave me some options and we decided to fix the inner tie rods first and finish the alignment. They had me repaired and on the road in 90 minutes. Their lobby is clean and quiet and my vehicle is driving better than before.

The car guys was a great experience. Great rates and very friendly staff. Took me right in. Special shout out to Jason for his professionalism and friendliness. He followed up with me when he said he would and helped do a great job on my car. Definitely would come back!
