I had a good first experience at this new auto repair shop. The front counter staff were friendly, professional, and took down my information clearly. The shop itself is clean and well-organized, which gave me confidence in their operation. I appreciated how the mechanic, Young Kyle, reassured me that my steering wheel would be straight after the alignment—something that’s a personal pet peeve of mine. After picking up the truck, I did notice the wheel was a few degrees off to the left and found some grease stains on my floor mat, which I believe could have been avoided with proper floor protection. I brought it back, and they were responsive and willing to make it right, both with the alignment and cleaning the mat. Overall, they seem like a team that wants to earn trust and do good work. I’m hopeful this will be a shop I can continue using going forward. I have since requested a further job of replacing my passenger side wheel bearing Phil Honsinger
