I only went in for an annual state inspection but my appointment was scheduled professionally and upon arrival I was greeted ans I walked in the door and the service was provided at my appointment time. Unlike some other places the staff did not try to upsell me on any other (unneeded) services. Will be coming back as needed. Thanks Car Guys. Keep up the professional atmosphere and work

The car guys are great! They were able to get me in right away and fix my car very quickly. I was very hesitant taking my car to someone new but they made me feel well taken care of and followed up after my service. I could not recommend them enough. The staff is great and they are an overall great addition to Porters Neck.

This is the BEST service I’ve ever had with car service store, they were very engaging and helpful. While I was waiting to get checked in there was a lady in front of me and they didn’t dismiss her quickly and move on to me, but answered all her questions, I was not annoyed about all the questions and understood that customer service is a key to them. My service was done in a timely manner and the cost was half of what I was quoted by my manufacturer of my vehicle. They will get all my business 10 stars 🌟
