I gave my car and when they call me it was the same place where I parked. They just told me that my engine has problem and not worth to fix. When I asked the excatly problem they say no matter engine is dead. Im pretty sure they did not open the engine and charge 85 dollars for telling that. Edit: They answered its so funny they are just lying. I did not pay 85 bucks for hearing the noise and saying that. You have to say excatly problem. I will sue

Dear Muhammet Faruk, You’re welcome for taking your car in right away with no appointment. You’re welcome for only charging you $85. Everyone else is $150 and up. Not only did we open the hood, we checked scanned the computer systems, lifted the vehicle and performed a visual inspection to make sure nothing is leaking to cause it, checked the oil level and condition. You’re welcome for not trying to sell you an engine on your old car that is not worth it. It doesn’t matter why or what happened in the inside, it’s knocking like crazy and needs an engine replacement. Just because we parked it in the same spot you don’t think you got your moneys worth? Please don’t bring in your next vehicle here, I would rather not have customers that are unappreciative of us trying to help them out and lead them in the right direction and not waste their money.

I was looking for place to get the timing chain replaced on my Saturn. I was referred to the car guys. Went in told them what I needed done. They called me a couple hours later and confirmed what I knew needed to be done and a couple other things. We agreed on what needed to be fixed and what could wait. It was finished ahead of schedule cheaper than originally agreed upon. My car sounds great and I’m so happy I chose them to fix it.

Professional shop. Does not do work that is not needed just to ring up their sales.

Nice guys but attempted to charge me 3 times the cost for the exact same part that I could get online in addition to labor costs. Unfortunately their good customer service is accompanied by exorbitantly high prices.

Rich and his crew are the most amazing and honest mechanics I have ever come across. My wife's 2004 Ford Escape has been leaking all kinds of fliuds since September of 2022. But, being new to Vegas, we had no one to initally turn to for help. So first hired a mobile mechanic. That did NOT turn out well. Gratefully, after searching Yelp and Google we found the Car and Truck guys. And I am glad we did! These guys are honest, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and more than fair. They have her truck driving great and dry as a bone. They treat a 20 year-old Escape with +100k miles with as much care and considerstion as they do the higher-end vehicles. If you are in need of a mechanic, don't hesitate to give Rich at The Car and Truck guys a call. You will NOT be disappointed.
