I gave my car and when they call me it was the same place where I parked. They just told me that my engine has problem and not worth to fix. When I asked the excatly problem they say no matter engine is dead. Im pretty sure they did not open the engine and charge 85 dollars for telling that. Edit: They answered its so funny they are just lying. I did not pay 85 bucks for hearing the noise and saying that. You have to say excatly problem. I will sue

Dear Muhammet Faruk, You’re welcome for taking your car in right away with no appointment. You’re welcome for only charging you $85. Everyone else is $150 and up. Not only did we open the hood, we checked scanned the computer systems, lifted the vehicle and performed a visual inspection to make sure nothing is leaking to cause it, checked the oil level and condition. You’re welcome for not trying to sell you an engine on your old car that is not worth it. It doesn’t matter why or what happened in the inside, it’s knocking like crazy and needs an engine replacement. Just because we parked it in the same spot you don’t think you got your moneys worth? Please don’t bring in your next vehicle here, I would rather not have customers that are unappreciative of us trying to help them out and lead them in the right direction and not waste their money.
