I'm especially grateful to Rich who was terrific in orchestrating the repair process, patiently navigating unanticipated issues, answering questions and making sure everything was done correctly. He brought me into the service area so I could see for myself what parts were failing. I appreciated the follow-up inquiry a few days after the repairs were complete and the diligence to make sure I was satisfied and the vehicle was running well.
