I called all over Las Vegas to find a shop that could work on my Audi, the job was to replace my motors mounts and transmission mount. I talked to several shops that could talk the talk but their reviews were bad, I talked to shops that said that they "should" be able to do the job and then I talked to Rich at The Car and Truck Guys. Rich was very knowledgeable and was able to quote me a firm price based on the hours needed for the job. Other shops stalled at this point.... I arranged to drop my car off this morning at 7am knowing that it would take most of the day to complete the job. I received a text as promised letting me know my Audi was ready to be picked up. When I showed up, the mechanic (Jamie) showed me the original broken mounts and assured me that everything was taken care of correctly. When was the last time you were able to talk to the mechanic anywhere? The rate that I was charged was more than fair, Rich and team did exactly what they said they would do which is hard to find these days. Needless to say, they now have a customer for life. I could not have asked for a better more honest shop with a great group of guys. I talked with Rich after I had dropped off my vehicle for rear brakes and transmission service. Rich called with good news/bad news about the brakes, also updated estimate after he had driven the vehicle. Turned out it needed front brakes not rear. I agreed to the new price and they had my vehicle done within 4hrs. They just gained a customer for life. I could not be more impressed with how I and my vehicle were treated.

Got me out of a bind when I had to leave town on short notice. Was refered to me and glad about it. I felt very comfortable with there honest and complete diagnostic of the problem. They delivered with all that they promised. Gave me peace of mind knowing that I had a long road trip ahead of me and my repair was done professionally.
