After many days with a different shop trying to diagnose a crazy electrical gremlin in my dodge I took the advice of a close friend who said to go see Rich at the car guys. I spent 10 min explaining to Rich about the problem and the attempts to fix them at another place and he said he would dive right in. A lot of other shops didn’t even want to mess with an electrical issue but Rich was all about it and I believe he likes the challenge. Rich worked on my vehicle and after a week (I wasn’t in a hurry and told him to fit it in) he had pinpointed the issue and gave me a couple choices to fix it. I was super impressed. I picked up the car that next week and have been driving it since without any issues. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Super honest, extremely capable, and very fair. Don’t go anywhere else.

I Found these guys about 2 yrs ago. My son mentioned he had some work done on his car at another location. I went to that location first. My experience was good. Then I was told to contact Rich at the Summerlin location about an issue I had ran into at the other location and I did. Rich told me to bring my car in so his guys could took a look at it. Long story short, I did and not only was my experience 10x better, Rich actually took the time to show and explain to me what was going on with my vehicle. He made me feel comfortable. As a woman dealing with car repair issues can be scary, but the guys at the Summerlin location made my experience wonderful. They are very honest and they don't cut corners and they don't over charge. I would definitely recommend The Car & Truck Guys at the Summerlin location, because they have proven they are trustworthy.
