Nevada and North Carolina Auto Repair

A check engine light coming on while far away from home on vacation is never anything anybody wants to deal with!! However, after being told by a nearby shop we’d be without our car for days, I called The Car Guys. Chris was so nice and helpful. He got us right in and explained the issue. He ended up getting all of our engine coils and spark plugs replaced on our Mercedes and back to us the SAME DAY, under the initial quoted amount! We were so thankful for the customer service and the quick, quality work. Thanks to The Car Guys, We are back in working order with our car to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Highly recommend!

I was having tremendous issues with my tire pressure, it sounds stupid but I could not get it properly adjusted! Drove into The Car Guys and they corrected the issues in moments - and would not let me pay them! THANK YOU CAR GUYS! I will be back🙏

Very honest! We are from out of state when our van broke down. We had it towed there based on recommendations. They could have taken advantage of our situation, but they didn't. Everbody there was kind and listened. They traced to where the problem was rather than replacing a bunch of parts that wasn't needed. I highly recommend this place!

Stranded on our 40th anniversary vacation. Van wouldn't start. They got us in that day only took 2 days and fixed it. Not overpriced, not ripped off! Did what was needed and nothing more. Very nice and explained EVERYTHING! I would definetly come here all the time if I lived here. Thank you!°

Highly recommend this garage. I received individual service that you don’t see anymore from local car repair locations. The mechanics were courteous, knowledgeable and wanted to find a solution for my issue. They came through and made sure I was happy with their work. Well done!
