A quick shout out to Chris over at the Car Guys in Summerlin for getting my hydraulic engine mounts replaced on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had no I did what the problem was. All I could see was a large square steel part underneath my alternator, it was leaking on my garage floor. I had called and talked to Chris and decided to drive my Jeep over to the Car Guys. Chris and his team diagnosed the problem right away and completed the removal of the damaged hydraulic engine mounts that day. They used new OEM engine mounts and did a fantastic job! My Jeep drives a 1000 times better!!! Thank you again, Chris and the Car Guys Team! I will definitely recommend you and your Team to my friends and family.

They were really nice. They did an honest and good job on my car. The two other places I had it towed to wanted 3.500.00 to 4.000.00 hundred dollars to fix when the good guys were done and finished with my car it was $897. That’s a far cry from from the other places, he told me that there was nothing wrong with my oil transmission pan and they had a guy there that specifically knew and how to get the CV axle done so my overall experience is they do a good job honest people and I take my vehicle there again anytime.

My car had to be there for awhile as parts are harder to find and warranty company was a pain. They took care of me in every way possible and gave me great suggestions on future repairs. Pricing was great and Chris the upfront man was awesome throughout the process thank you guys very much!! 2009 pontiac g8

I found out about The Car Guys through the State of Nevada's Dept. of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR); they're the only shop VR trusts and is willing to work with, and I learned why; they were able to help me with a problem that I didn't think could be solved. I couldn't register my 2001 Dodge Ram van because of a computer issue, then my battery died. Rich, the owner, underpromised, and overdelivered, because they had a new battery, and Engine Control Module (ECM/Computer Assembly) installed, including programming, and they gave me a 36 Month/36,000 Mile Nationwide Warranty! Now, my van starts up every time, it passed the smog emissions test, and I can finally register it again, which means when I interview for a job - I can honestly say I have reliable transportation again, which also means I can look forward to financial stability, and hope for a stable life with my nuclear family, which is priceless. Thank you so much for your willingness to help me and my situation, Rich, and The Car and Truck Guys team; words do not do enough justice in expressing my gratitude to you all for your expertise, resourcefulness, and service. I'm thankful to have a shop I can rely on for my future vehicle needs.

I cant be more happy with the way I have been treated! I have not had any issues with the work that has been done to my vehicle. This is the fifth time Ive been here. My son took his car to another shop earlier this summer and they said it needed a lot of work and I said go to a different shop and get a second opinion and he ended up going to car guys. They didnt know that. Had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. Thats why I tried them out.

Price was fair and 3 year warranty was a plus. Work was done within 24 hours (actually about 4 hours) - no waiting days for an appointment. Personnel were courteous and obviously accommodating. These guys run circles around dealership service shops. Great job - don't hesitate to use them.

These guys are amazing! They are honest and reliable, and you can't beat their prices! This is the only place I take my car and would recommend them to anyone! It seems like whenever it comes to anything with cars, we get up charged and convinced to do more work on our cars than necessary and I'm so glad that I found a shop that actually cares about their customers! Great guys. Great customer experience. Made a quick call to see if they could look at my car. I was 10 minutes away. They said come on doen. I limped my Genesis in with front brakes grinding at 1 pm. Quick eval and quote. I was told it would be done by 5. At 4:45 they messaged me and said it was done. Great communication. Quick, efficient service at a fair and reasonable price. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The best part...no b.s. up selling! "Honest mechanics" is usually an oxymoron. Not with the The Car Guys. You will not be disappointed!
