Nevada and North Carolina Auto Repair

I Found these guys about 2 yrs ago. My son mentioned he had some work done on his car at another location. I went to that location first. My experience was good. Then I was told to contact Rich at the Summerlin location about an issue I had ran into at the other location and I did. Rich told me to bring my car in so his guys could took a look at it. Long story short, I did and not only was my experience 10x better, Rich actually took the time to show and explain to me what was going on with my vehicle. He made me feel comfortable. As a woman dealing with car repair issues can be scary, but the guys at the Summerlin location made my experience wonderful. They are very honest and they don't cut corners and they don't over charge. I would definitely recommend The Car Guys at the Summerlin location.

He got me set up for an oil change and tire rotation quickly and professionally. Fuel pump on my 2003 C5 Corvette failed while in Las Vegas. Had AAA tow to The Car Guys in Summerlin. Jesse was awesome! Found parts and was able to get me in ASAP! other shops including the Chevrolet dealer would not touch it (labor intensive) Jesse kept me updated and didn't charge me for unnecessary collateral repairs. Whole shop was courteous and professional, empathetic to my out of town situation! Many thanks...Matt

I made an appointment to have my transmission checked out because one of the oil change places nearby said it was leaking - the moment I spoke with them on the phone I knew I made the right choice. Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and so helpful (as a female sometimes it's intimidating to make these phone calls but I didn't feel that way once with these guys!). Luckily there was *nothing* wrong with my transmission but I'll definitely be going there anytime I need something done on my car!
