Very happy with The Car Guys. Took my 06 Volvo XC 90 "somewhere else". After a botched alignment and oil change decided the try somewhere else. The fixed the front end, re-did the oil correctly so it wasn't leaking and fixed the window. The team was professional, straight forward and fair. While not cheap, the work was done right and at a fair price. I even was able to see what was wrong with the mechanic explaining what needed to be done. This is a small, well run, clean shop. Highly recommended. Update: I had to change my review after this followup visit. i really wanted to like these guys but the followup service is terrible. I had my 06 Volvo towed in as the serpentine belt broke. I had used them for other service and was very pleased with past performance. We were called and told the car was finished. Upon arrival we were presented with a bill that included a $149 inspection fee. Since I was not charged this on the last visit I inquired. Oh we fully inspected the car so we can detail anything wrong, I was told. Hmm. OK. We went to start the car and got an immediate red warning light of low coolant level, turn off car immediately. Went back in and the mechanic came out. He said he had topped off the coolant and could not understand why the issue. Must be a sensor he said. Also we noticed the fill spout for the windshield washer fluid was disconnected and lying sideways on the engine block. The mechanic stated he did not disconnect it. My question was that what did they inspect for $149? How could you not see the disconnected washer fluid nozzle and totally miss a bright red warning light? Response was, "we didn't do it. We didt disconnect the washer line". I asked, what about the inspection. "Oh we refunded half that". What about the red warning light? We were told the car was safe to drive and that they would order and pay for a sensor for our trouble. That was a month ago. We have called 6 times and left messages, no one seems to ever answer the phone. None of our messages have been answered or returned. I have all but given up that our car will ever be repaired correctly. It's sad that a relationship that started out rocky but well has ended with such poor service. They just do not seem to care.
