Long story short. Had a transmission flush that didn’t need to be done. Finally called the next business day to order a transmission but two days changed into 4-5days to order it. Didn’t have the time, had to go to a different transmission repair shop. I feel like they could have done better on their customer service, came in at 7am today. They said they would call me back, as soon as they could order from the store that has the transmission part which didn’t open till 8am. Called them at 1030am, was put on hold for 20mins just to be told they’d call me back in 10mins. Had to call them back at 11:30am, just to be told they’d call me back as soon as they could get someone to get the part. Didn’t get a phone call back until 2:30pm. Told them they wasted too much of my time and I had to move on to a different shop. Don’t waste your time here.
