Previous client. Was totally satisfied from my last service. Had to go back to them because my AC evaporator coil needed to be replaced. They were so busy I had to wait a week to get in for an appointment. In the meantime they ordered the part , I returned next week and they installed the part I needed. All is good AC works like brand new. I have no issues. I would have recommend them to anyone, great service knowledgeable mechanics and timely repair considering they had many cars backed up for repairs., I guess a lot of people like them here because they're busier than all get out.

I'm new to the area and needed some car repairs. The people at the Car Guys location on Market St were so helpful, professional, and very upfront and honest. They took me out into the shop to show me the areas I needed repairs. They went over in detail the cost of the repairs before starting any work. They ran into an issue that was going to delay me getting my car back the same days. Jay went out of his way to bring my car to the welding shop late in the day, and stayed late to as he said, "keep his promise to get my car back the same day" I can't thank Jay enough as I really needed my car for my trip the next day. He even saved me repair money. Jay was extremely professional and friendly. I'm now a loyal new customer and know I can count on Car Guys/Jay for all my repairs. E. Dion

Made an appointment, came in a little early and they started on it a little late due to how busy they were (totally okay!) but got it done within the hour including my inspection; i will definitely be back!

They did very little for me when they KNEW from a first opinion what the problem was however they charger me $164 for the waste of time!
