I have a new place now to get oil changed all other services! It's so rare to find honest car service.

It’s been a couple weeks since I’ve had my transmission replaced at The Car Guys at Sahara. Now that I’ve had an opportunity to put some miles on my car I can finally write a review. My car has been running fine. So on that I’m satisfied. The experience was positive at the shop overall so I am giving a good review. I think I might not have needed a transmission in the first place but I have a Ford Focus and the transmission fluid is not easily accessible like other cars I had in the past. I had asked Ford Service about how to check the fluid and was told it wasn’t necessary as it’s sealed in the transmission housing and lasts a long time. This didn’t make sense to me as I am used to doing regular checks of oil and trans fluid. I can’t understand why Ford would build a car where you can’t easily monitor and change the fluids. However, the team at The Car Guys let me know they have the equipment to check and replace my trans fluid and I’ll definitely be taking advantage of this service regularly in the future.
