The Car & Truck Guys are one of the best repair shops in Las Vegas. I have been using this shop for the last decade and the results have been consistent over the years. The mechanics are highly skilled and efficient while the owner, Rich, delivers exemplary customer service. He obviously cares for his customers and it shows. I also appreciate the innovation employed in working on my older car. If they don't have the part they'll order it. If there is a complication, they will research until they find the solution. Overall, a great shop and I offer my highest recommendations. They truly are the 'Car & Truck Guys!'

I had met Rich at Honest-1 in North Las Vegas and immediately started bringing all my vehicles to him. When he left a few years ago to start The Car Guys, the location he ran went downhill fast. My vehicle had been into Honest-1 four times for the same issue and after an incredible amount of time and money still was not fixed. I started reading reviews out of frustration when I stumbled across Rich's full name and a quick google search later revealed he had started his own shop. Literally tracked this guy down and am willing to drive across town to make sure my vehicles are repaired right. I called Rich the next day, set up a schedule, brought my jeep in and they called me 8 hours later with the problems and had it fixed the next day. I don't know Rich personally, but what I do know is he is my car guy and will continue to have my business for as long as he's around. Anywhere else in Vegas is a roll of the dice, but Rich has always been honest, fair, and quick.

I brought my car to them for troubles I have been having and they found the problem. I have had the same issue for two years and had others work on it and realized that the other company’s had ripped me off by putting in the cheapest parts that would not work in my vehicle but charge me top dollar for those parts. Expert repair of serpentine belt and all the pulleys on 2007 Volvo XC90 with 320k miles. Gave loaner car when they needed extra time for the repair. All my repairs will be done here. Good people and excellent service.

The air ride on my Ram has been a headache since I bought it 3 years ago. 2 different Chrysler dealers, 3 other shops, and thousands of dollars later, same critical error… no one seems to have a clue on how to work on or diagnose the system. .. then there’s Dee at the Car and Truck Guys. From our first conversation he was like a breath of fresh air. Work was exceptional and fast. Shop was clean, they were extremely professional and they knew more than me about my truck ..which is the way it should be. Communication was awesome and the invoice was less than expected. Found my go-to shop. So happy.
