My experience as a first time customer was great. Communication was totally up to date with current status. I Would definitely highly recommend the Car Guys to family and friends and plan on using them for my other vehicles when need be.

My car was starting to overheat and after calling numerous mechanics and being told they were too busy Mark from car guys said yea bring it down They couldn’t figure it out that day but my AC died and said it might be related take it home and see if it overheats, it didn’t. But I wasn’t charged. Mark had a family emergency and said “call me on Monday we will get you taken care of” so I did, and he said yea bring your car in tomorrow and we will change your AC. Not a cheap job (thanks Honda lol) but they were quick. Mark worked with me on the price and got to a number I was comfortable with, and now I’m back on the road with cold AC. Won’t be taking my car anywhere else, thanks again mark!

Highly recommended! They got me in and out in a short time. Great people to work with. They explained everything before and after the work they did on my Mini Roadster. And much more affordable than going to a dealership.

I came like a damsel in distress and these guys were my knights in shiny armor!!! I would’ve been down bad if they didn’t give me advice and help me get my truck back on track or I would’ve been spending crazy money for a new engine! These guys are really a life saver. These guys are the absolute best! They were extremely quick to look at my vehicle which was struck by lightning. They hooked me up with a rental car at a discounted rate. They even towed my car to a specialist for FREE to help me get it handled quickly. I am so impressed and very grateful, you couldn’t ask for better service! Thank you Cane & team!!
