Outstanding customer service. It’s always worrisome to leave a car with a shop and worry they’re going to try to charge you for more than what is needed,especially if you don’t know anything about cars,or what the actual problem is. This is the place you need to go to for anything you’re concerned about with your vehicle and they will make sure before you pay anything, that the job is done properly. I can’t say enough good things about The Car & Truck Guys. I came in worried about a potential transmission issue, as my car was slipping between 3rd and 4th gear. I was prepared for a hefty repair bill, but the team took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem. Instead of immediately pushing for an expensive transmission replacement, they performed some minor tuning and replaced a few items, which completely resolved the issue.
