The car that I brought to be repaired was done within the estimate cost, and it was done very quickly, with minimal vehicle disassembly to fix the car, which kept time and cost as low as possible. Interaction with the service writer/manager was completely painless and i could tell that he knew my car repair from mental recall, which I was secure in leaving the car there. The repair was perfect, as far as I'm concerned.

Fabulous experience all the way around Jason tried his heart out to get the Mercedes part same day but all the same they had me in the road in 24 hours and were great Their waiting room is immaculate you can eat off the floors in the garage and it’s all glass so you can watch them work on your car Can’t say enough good things about this place

I am still trying to figure out why I was charged for 2 hours of labor when my car was in the shop for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The work was great but I wonder, if they did this to me how many other customers has this happened to? How much money have they taken in by overcharging for labor over the years?

G.S. Let me try help you understand. Each repair has a labor time associated with it. It is not billed by “how long it takes”. If it would have taken 3 or 4 hours, would you have been ok getting billed for the extra time? Probably not, that doesn’t sound fair, right? No one has been “overcharged”, if the technician is more efficient at his/her job (they get paid the same set time) they shouldn’t be penalized for that, right? This is the same at every and all repair shops/body shops/dealerships/etc… In the future, please just feel free to ask for an explanation before you write a review claiming you w were “overcharged” You got the repair done, quicker than expected, and in your words was “great”. That’s the best you can ask for!!! You’re welcome!
