Amazing service. The Car Guys got me in right away. The shield underneath the front end was dragging and making it impossible to back in. Thank you Ryan for taking care of it for me. I was really stuck and all of you were so wonderful getting me back on the road.

My BMW was worked on at the Carolina Beach Rd, Wilmington location. Excellent customer service provided by Chris. The work performed was exceptional as well. My entire transaction and interaction with them were fantastic. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this place if your car is in need of a repair. Mine needed a new starter. Only issue was it wasn't clear where to park without blocking a bay.

I took my pre owned car in for a 30,000 mile checkup after reading the stellar reviews of the Car Guys. When I called, they told me to come by anytime and they would be happy to give an estimate and set up and appointment for me. Their estimate was $200 less than the dealer and the owner was extremely helpful. The waiting area was spotless with a Keurig and fridge with water available. The garage itself was super clean the parking area as well. Knew I was in the right place. My appointment was 2 hours from start to finish and to the dollar of the estimate I was quoted. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, my vehicle was checked out completely. They definitely 💯 deserve more than a 5⭐️ review! Thanks Car Guys!

These guys are the best! Put my 1978 Jeep back on the road. It runs top notch. They know their stuff. I would 100% recommend these guys for you auto repair needs. I will be back for sure.

Price gouging at its finest.. will never recommended shop to nobody they tell you one price over the phone and then when you go there they tell you a different price.. so unprofessional!!!!!!!

Called The Car Guy here in Wilmington NC and spoke to Jason. I told him what problems I had with my vehicle. He made me appointment and I dropped it off. Jason called me and we went over my problem. I ask him to make my car Inspection ready . He called me back the next day and explained all the problems that I had. I approved his estimates and he kept me informed . I would recommend The Car Guy to anyone who wants great service !
