The fellas at The Car Guys took fantastic care of me and my car. I came in for a specific repair. They not only diagnosed and fixed the problem but fairly quoted me on other services and maintenance which because of their thorough work I took advantage of the same day. The repairs were done efficiently and for a very fair price compared to their competitors. Chris and his crew really know what they are doing and above all THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I will be returning for maintenance on all of my vehicles. They made a customer for life!

They immediately took my car back and started to work on it I feel like they didn't awesome job very thorough and explained the situation thoroughly. These guys took excellent care of me and my car from begining to end. First, the guy at the front desk thoroughly explained in detail what was wrong with my air conditioning, what needed to be replaced and what the possible range of the cost would be. Everything was done in a timely matter, the price was less than I was quoted and I even got a discount for being a health care worker! Our check engine light came on the first day in Carolina Beach. Turns out it was the ignition coil. The shop was able to repair it within a half hour with the coil I bought for the price quoted. Vacation was saved! Thanks to the Car Guys.

The Car Guys are my new go-to auto shop! I recently moved to the area and needed an oil change and a tire rotation/alignment on my Volvo xc90 before an upcoming road trip. Great customer service. I waited for my vehicle which was nice since most car repair places only offer drop off services. I waited less than an hour and my issue was resolved. They assured me that if I had any other issues to bring it back so that they could trouble shoot.
