Highly recommend these guys! My parents were visiting in town for the week from VA and there alternator went out. Scott made time on such short notice and got it done in a day and also went above and beyond and fixed the headlight adjustment knob that got knocked out from a knee. If you need anything fixed car related I would at least call these guys and talk to Scott.

The car guy's is the only place I will ever go to ever again especially after being ripped off repeatedly by Delaney which BTW don't ever go to them. The car guys knew immediately what I needed and fixed it in 5 minutes correctly. I send my friends to them with the utmost confidence.

The air conditioning recently stopped working in our 2005 Chevy Tahoe so we set up an appointment with Scot to get it checked out. The rear evaporator was bad and needed replaced. After ordering the part, they called and said it arrived damaged and didn't want to install it. They sent it back and had a new one shortly after. I appreciated that they did not install a potentially defective part. Communication was great from start to finish. Scot was our service advisor and Ryan was the technician. These are honest and great guys! Highly recommend for any auto repair needs!

Went back to ' The Car Guys' ,this time for major work ,and, i met Chris , the shop manager ,and, i must say WHAT A GUY !!!!! ,knowledgeable and with a great personality .He explain in every detail all it was needed to make my bmw safe again ,and the first part of the repair was done to perfection. I will go back in a few days to finish a different repair ,but, i can tell to all of you, that are kooking to get your car serviced ,that they are a great crew . You can leave your car to 'The Car Guys' with confidence and a piece of mind ,knowing that you'll get it back as you should . Thank you all.

Chris and Scott were great at explaining the diagnostic process and up front pricing before my car went in. Very fair, great communication once the problem was diagnosed and honest recommendations on best way to fix it. I was in at 7am and picked up at 3pm. Easy day! Will certainly come back for future repairs. Thanks guys, Fernando
