Had a diagnostic test done and the Car Guys found out I needed my vehicles 🚗 speed sensor replaced. Was finished in one day They let my car stay for two weeks and I’m very thankful for them working on my car and working with me. My car feels a lot better when I accelerate from completing a stop.

Kane and Chris took excellent care of both of our cars and us! They were very thorough and explained what we needed to know. They kept us informed throughout the process and did what they promised to do. The Car Guys and mostly Kane and Chris will be our go to for car mechanics when needed in the future.

These guys are great! Recently they took care of some issues with my husbands car to make sure it was dependable mostly for me while they worked on mine. Both experiences were GREAT! As a young woman, getting work done on your car can be difficult and nerve wracking, but Car Guys make it easy!! They always take time to explain everything to me. Car Guys fixed my car twice this summer - the first time, I was told (by other shops) it seemed like it was probably the alternator, but it ended up being a smaller, easier fix; and the second time, they fixed my whole AC system (compressor and everything). Now, my car is there a third time, due to the flooding incident at Carolina Beach on 9/16/24. Although it's been a headache dealing with the insurance company and everything, Car Guys have been so nice and patient every step of the way! Every time I call they are so kind, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Car Guys!!

I’ve had 2 recent repairs and I’ve been pleased both times. They researched the problem, gave me an accurate estimate, said what they’d do and they did it without trying to bump me for extra charges. I’ll definitely go back when I need future repairs.
