I'm a preventative care auto owner. They always keep me informed of upcoming needed items and allow me to ask the questions when im not sure of things. This makes me good about coming to shop. I appreciate their Patience and effort with me. I feel Valued and Respected.

i have been to the car guys about 4 times with different cars. I found them to be honest and compitent. A rare combination in the car repair business of Vegas. I was previously working with others who were also compitnet and honest. But one repair shop went out of business during 2021 and the other took absolutely forever to fix and return my car. These guys got the car back to me within 1 day. I prefer to drop my car off after 5 and pick up the next day and then worked it out so that they are on that schedule. Staff are explaining clearly what and why and how much appropriately. their shop is not anywhere near my work or home. so i am driving a long way to work with them because it has been worth it to me.

as always, they are friendly, knowledgeable, fast and I believe honest.
