I really couldn't possibly even put enough into words to say how incredible my entire experience with this company was. Both Rich and Josh and the entire team was excellent to work with - the most friendly, honest and efficient mechanics I have met. I was visiting from out of country and encountered my engine overheating and was stranded, and was supposed to be leaving in a few days to travel across the country. I was really in a bind in a foreign country and am so fortunate I found and went with this company. They were extremely helpful in diagnosing my problem (water pump and timing belt) and beyond accommodating and moved things around for me to be able to get my car repaired very quickly so I could get home. The price was fair and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. Can't thank you enough Rich and Josh - I was able to make it home safely - and I highly recommend if you're looking for an honest and reliable mechanic that you use their services!

Loved receiving the Confirm appointment email. I feel perfectly comfortable discussing my auto issues with the staff. Special shoutout to Rich and Josh. They both speak to me, not at me like some shops do. I trust their opinions and directions on my vehicle. They told me don't ever be hesitant to bring my vehicle in for any concerns and I really appreciate that. I do my very best to stay on top of any issues and give out the shop info as a reference to anyone looking for auto assistance.

The PT Cruiser was a real challenge. It had been neglected for years by my son. They worked with me, fixed the car, smogged it and delivered it to my son, I am grateful.

My experience at The Car & Truck Guys was top notch. I came in with an appointment, as they are a super busy shop. I have a 2002 Toyota Tacoma that I had previously upgraded with all new suspension (front + rear and a new leaf pack), new wheels and tires, as well as other components and accessories that will ensure I have the best road experience during my months long grand road adventure. I needed to have my suspension double checked, as well as having a couple sensors replaced (throttle position and oxygen). All the work was smooth with no issues. The costs of all the work were reasonable and competitive, so I didn't have any concern on that front and was confident in the quality of the labor involved. Rich was my service advisor. He was super helpful during the whole process and answered all my questions with the work being done, as well as other misc. questions I had. I waited at the shop, and he was regularly updating me of the progress. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality shop to have their work done, whether it be a car or a truck. Thanks Rich and Team for my experience!

Moved here last April and was dreading starting the search for a place to take my car to for service. Glad I took the time to research and read reviews and took a chance here. Couldn't be happier, Rich is gruff in a friendly way, no nonsense and won't waste your time. Had great conversations while I waited and also watched the technicians work. This is "true" shop and not a dealership. It's dirty, cramped but everyone works hard and gets the job done. Just my kind of place. Thank you!

Sadly this will be my last review due to moving to share that The Car and Truck Guys are capable of just about everything. For a few years now they have tackled maintenance and repairs for my Toyota Highlander and 1965 Mustang with the utmost precision, integrity and excellent customer service. Thank you!
