2020 Toyota Sienna was quoted $2700+ for control arm replacement at a different company. Went to the CAR GUYS for a 2nd opinion and saved $1500. The GUY in charge is patient and explained all in a very relaxed manner. I'll return to CAR GUYS for my next service without a doubt!

I am 67 years old and driving since I was 17. In 50 years I have never had a repair shop follow up to ensure my vehicle was still running well 1 week after a repair! Extraordinary! When I informed them, in fact my engine light was on again they asked me to bring it in the next day. Then....they performed a minor repair and didn't charge me!! Best service I ever received. And no, they are not personal friends or relatives. I never met them until 2 weeks ago.

Rich and the staff took care of my 87 Grand National with the beat white glove treatment. I brought it in for a rattling noise that came out of no where(no surprise in classics.) after what i thought was one area of the car, they found two spots that the nosies ended up coming from. Gave my car a full inspection, told me I had a very clean classic(which helps with my own peace of mind,) lets just say Ive been coming here for a minute and my trust in them is always no hesitation. Thank you as always Rich and crew.
