I’ve been elsewhere they’ll keep my car up to 3 days. I would definitely recommend the Car Guys. This was my second time bringing my vehicle to The Car and Truck Guys. They did an excellent job both times of diagnosing the problem. They also showed outstanding honesty and integrity. After identifying the problem this time, rather than proceeding with a complex and expensive repair, they verified that it was covered under an open recall which could be done at a dealership without the great expense. I will definitely continue to take my vehicle to The Car and Truck Guys.

And just as importantly, they showed true honesty and ethical behavior. The problem turned out to require a complex and very expensive repair. But before proceeding, they verified that this was an issue which was covered by an open recall from the manufacturer. They gave me the details and the notes I needed to get it resolved at the dealership. Believe me, I have dealt with other, not so ethical mechanics who would have bilked me with an expensive repair. I will definitely be taking my car back to Car Guys any time I need work done in the future.
