Nevada and North Carolina Auto Repair

I brought my 2006 Chevy truck in because it couldn't pass smog and it needed new fuel injectors. They immediately sent me their findings and the cost. The staff were very nice and informed. They even drove be back home. They had my truck completely fixed that same day. I was very impressed with how thorough and fast my truck was repaired. It runs great and there were no extra charges tacked on to the bill. Very honest place.

The car seems to run fine. However, I would like to talk to you about not getting a guarantee after being charged 7,000 dollars to fix my engine. The shop was unable to finish repairing my because they could not find parts. I found the parts for them to complete the repair and never told I would not get a guarantee on the repairs. In addition I was charged more the the approved estimate. The bill was different than the estimate. Different prices for parts and labor. Fast services

The car guys were great. When I went in for service it turned out I needed the tie rods replaced. They were able to fix my car in one day and included a AAA discount. The gentleman at the counter was personable and very knowledgeable. The car guys will have my business for life.

All we can say is that they honor their word! We were told by a dealership our 2005 SUV was basically “toast” and needed some major repairs! They gave us a few options from replacing gasket to rebuilding the engine all from $5K to $12K. (and they were seriously trying to purchase her for $1,500!) Considering we had just had her fully checked, diagnostics done, all fluids checked and filled if needed before we drove her from Florida to Las Vegas during our relocation a few months ago. No problems what so ever! We only took her in for an oil change because we had always kept her maintained through the dealership since we purchased her there. Never a problem…that is until we got here. After reading reviews we decided to give The Car Guys a try for a second opinion and are we HAPPY we did! We gave them the paperwork from the dealership showing what they said was wrong with her. They decided to keep her overnight to let her get cold and test drove her the next day…they did a full diagnostic on her and didn’t see any of the things on the dealership service report! There were a couple of smaller items that needed to be done, which we did and with their warranty, we’re confident they were correct! Mr. D was the service person I spoke with and he was one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met! We’ll NEVER go back to that dealership again! Do yourself a favor and if your in the market for auto service, try The Car Guys first!! I forgot to mention…prices are great too!

They did an excellent job as usual

Just had my Cadillac STS in for new rotors, pads, ABS and car runs excellent. The job was professional and done on time. Rich and Peter are the best, and this is the only place I will have my car serviced at.
