I'm from Wisconsin. From the time of the initial call, they we nothing short of perfect. I have seen them take the time to explain things to other customers. So, to anyone who may read this, this is your garage, and please don't waste time looking elsewhere. I thank everyone from the person answering the phone thru all the mechanics. I’ve had 2 recent repairs and I’ve been pleased both times. They researched the problem, gave me an accurate estimate, said what they’d do and they did it without trying to bump me for extra charges. I’ll definitely go back when I need future repairs.

I had The Car Guys do some work on one of my cars a couple weeks ago and everything was great. Then I started having problems again. I called and they told me to bring it back in for them to check it out. They looked at it and come to find out there was a defect in one of the new parts they had replaced. They replaced it again and of course at no cost to us. I know "stuff" happens, that wasn't their fault the new parts were bad but they did the right thing by me and fixed it again at no cost. Thank you again Car Guys.

these guys were awesome!! had some major issues happening with my car and got it towed to them and they had it done within 24 hours!! they did everything they could to get me on the road and kept me updated with what was going on!! i highly recommend these guys and will be using them for future car services!!
